《蒜香肉末蒸茄子》 在大排檔或茶餐廳吃到的「魚香茄子煲」無疑是非常惹味,但經過油泡處理的茄子含油量極高,這道小菜絕對是致肥物。 在家用同樣的材料(茄子及免治豬肉),利用蒸的方法,做了一個健怡菜式。在免治豬肉上放些蘇太XO醬或蘇太金蒜銀蝦醬,拌入鮮味的虎蝦乾一併蒸五分鐘,再淋一個薄獻上面就食得。
