Once customers placed order before 2:00p.m. at working hours, we will contact customers through E-mail or telephone call to confirm the order, if we received order after 2:00p.m., we will process the order in the next working day.
Please keep the order number for any order tracking. If any customers haven’t received our order confirmation after placed order, please contact our colleagues for any assist.

One-time free delivery service will be granted for any order amount exceeds HKD$ 500. in the normal circumstance.
If the purchase amount amount under $500, the delivery fees($100) will be charged from the customers in the normal circumstance.
Delivery district exclude any restricted vehicle district or Lantau island, airport, Tung Chung, Discovery bay, Ma Wan. etc,*
We do not accept any order outside from Hong Kong.
The delivery day will be scheduled on every Tuesday and Friday(Special arrangement will be noticed to customers respectively during public holiday) during 9:00a.m. -5:p.m., we will contact the receivers before we deliver products.

- Company has the absolutely right to cancel any delivery arrangement,if the delivery schedule is full or cannot reach the customer for the delivery service or any order unexpected circumstance.

– The order only be accepted before 3 working days of the delivery date.
– Delivery service will subside to the third party for efficient service. The delivery schedule must only work for Monday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00p.m.
– One-time free delivery service will be granted for any order amount exceeds HK$ 650. I the condition of the address which don’t have escalator for delivery, customers must be collect the goods on the Ground floor. If the purchase amount amount under $650, the delivery fees($100 – $120, depends on the district) will be charged from the customers during this period.
– Delivery Service suit for the most Hong Kong district but limited to some restricted, Lantau Island or remote area. (It should be fine to contact us to make sure the address can be reached or not.)
– Customers must prepay the payment through payme/ paypal/direct debit or any e-sercive payment gateway before the delivery, we won’t accept C.O.D..
– Delivery Schedule: the logistic company will send SMS to inform receiver to confirm the delivery service before or on the delivery day. If customers haven’t picked the call, the delivery service will be postpone or the order will be terminated.
– Once customers confirm the delivery service, but refuse to receive any goods in any circumstance, customers need to pay the delivery fee($80 – $120 depends on the district) again to acquire the extra delivery service.
– Order amendment: we just only accept any amendment which be made before 3 working days of the delivery day. - Sing Wah Development Ltd. reserves the right to grant any free delivery service or reschedule the delivery date.
