International Certificate and Awards
FSSC22000, ISO22000 and HACCP certificate are accredited by the Hong Kong SGS who attained international recognition. In order to achieve the international food safety index, we need to go through the rigorous review and monitor from the experienced auditors.
For the food supply chain is being globalization among different countries, we forecast the great challenge is the food safety issues starting from the raw materials to the customers, that’s why we strive to apply the food safety system to ensure the hygiene quality.
FSSSC 22000(Food Safety System Certification 22000, FSSC 22000):
FSSC 22000 contains a complete certification Scheme for Food Safety Management Systems based on existing standards for certification (ISO 22000, ISO 22003 and technical specifications for sector PRPs).Through meeting the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Benchmarking Requirements, the FSSC 22000 Scheme has been given full recognition since 2010. GFSI recognition demonstrates that the Scheme meets the highest standards globally leading to international food industry acceptance. Furthermore the Scheme is widely accepted by Accreditation Bodies worldwide and supported by important stakeholders like FoodDrinkEurope (FDE) and the American Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA).
ISO 22000
Food safety management systems – Food safety is linked to the presence of food-borne hazards in food at the point of consumption. Since food safety hazards can occur at any stage in the food chain it is essential that adequate control be in place. Therefore, a combined effort of all parties through the food chain is required.
Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP)
HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety and biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements to prevent these risks to a safe level.
