There are different formulations for Pak Bo Sauce. Its ingredients and preparation vary with different chefs in different provinces in China. We are using Mrs. So’s family recipe which was handed down to her from her mother. Using best quality shiitake mushroom, dried shrimp and Chinese ham to create a tasty and well balanced sauce which can be used for stir-frying or as a dressing sauce for rice or noodles.

Ingredients:
Shallot, Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Scallion, Pickled Dried Radish,Chinese Ham, Dried Shrimp, Hoisin Sauce, Shiitake Mushroom, Orange Peel, Chili, Miso Paste, Sweet sauce , Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, and Sugar.

Usage :stir-fry with any dished, mixed with noddles/rice, or being an ingredient for dishes.

Shelf life: 24 months
Storage methods: Please Use a clean spoon to take out the sauce and put in the refrigerator  after opening.

This product contains soybean and wheats and cereals containing gluten, fish and fish products and crustacean and crustacean product.
