It was indeed her innovative idea to mix her preserved tangerine with premium black olive and citrus peel into this unique and special sauce.【Suitable for Vegetarian】

Ingredients:
Rapeseed Oil, Black Olives, Soused Tangerine, Shallot, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Chili, Sugar and Dried Citrus Peel

Shelf Life
24 months from production day before opening in room temperature
Store in Refrigerator after opening

Usage
Steam Dish, stir-fry, to be marinade or Mix with congee
