“Mrs. So’s Sichuan Spicy Sauce” may be the first of its kind made and launched in Hong Kong. Based on the taste of traditional Sichuan peppercorn sauce, modifications are made to suit Hong Kong people’s palate. This is most suitable for people who have strong taste buds.

Rapeseed Oil, Shallot, Garlic, Peanut, , Dried Shrimp, Chili, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Sichuan Pepper, Sesame, Dried Fish, Aniseed, Sesame Oil and Salt

Shelf Life
24 months from production day before opening in room temperature
Store in Refrigerator after opening

Usage
Stir fry, boil or to be a dipping sauce
