every advocator may know that Mrs. So’s XO Sauce is our hero product, we have 4 different spicy level to suit for different customers. Nowadays, we develop a new flavor, Sichuan Spicy flavor to give every food lover to taste the different spicy flavor.

Someone will have a suspicious question, will that the Sichuan Spicy odor too over powering? Mrs. So specially fine tune the formula to match with this Sichuan spicy flavor and make it balance with the XO Sauce ingredients, you can taste the Sichuan Spicy Flavor and with different Seafood Odor.

Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Shallot, Garlic, Chinese Ham[pork, salt and preservative (E250)], Dried Shrimp, Dried Scallop, Chili, Sichuan Pepper, Fish Sauce(water, anchovy, salt and sugar), Sugar, Shrimp Roe and Threadfin Salted Fish(threadfin and salt)
