早在多年前,上海的傳統菜式上已有一味咸蛋黃炒蝦球,美味非常,而蘇太亦從中得到靈感,特別以咸蛋黃,作為絕佳的調味素材,其後以仿日的製作方法,炮製一道嶄新的「飯素拌醬」。以炸成金黃的鹹蛋黃及蒜粒,搭配上等乾魷魚、毛蝦等不同素材,以人手乾炒,融為一體,簡單在蛋炒飯上灑上點綴,已為一道簡單菜式帶來豐富的味道,「色、香、味」俱全,實在不可同「日」而語。

Furikake which is a dry Japanese seasoning only be sprinkled on top of cooked rice, Mrs. So’s tried to modify its recipe and formulate her own flavor, try to add dried squid, dried shrimp, sunflower seeds to be ingredients and specially seasoned for salted egg yard and garlic. It is not only used to be eaten with rice but also can be sprinkled on top of every dishes to carry out more crispy texture. It is a differentiated seasoning to express our Hong Kong’s cooking style.
