1. Add spaghetti into a pot of hot water with a pinch of salt and cook according to packet instruction about 7-8 minutes. Drain well.
2. Heat up wok, put in spaghetti and 1tsp of Mrs. So XO-sauce, light soya sauce and sugar. Stir fry quickly and put the spaghetti on the serving plate.
3. Blanch the seafood in boiling water and drain.
4. Heat up wok, put in garlic and 1tsp of Mrs. So XO-sauce. Add seafood to sauce and stir fry quickly.
5. Put the seafood on top of spaghetti for serving.
