Pork KnucklePork Knuckle

Red & Yellow long chili(slice)

1 each (garnish)

Water 300 ml
Corn starch water a little


Mrs. So’s Flaming Chili Sauce 1.5 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1.5 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Rice Wine 1 tbsp
chinese Vinegar 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1tbsp


  1. Add cold water to cover the pork knuckle, boil under medium low heat, then turn off the heat when water almost boiled up.
  2. Drainage the water and wash the pork knuckle, then wash the pot.
  3. Add the pork knuckle, onion and all seasoning and water into the pot then mix well, and turn to high heat to boil.
  4. Turn to low heat after boiled up and add cover to stew for 3 hours, stir 2 times to avoid sticking and make the sauce more even.
  5. After stewed, add corn starch water to thicken the sauce.
  6. Turn off the heat then sprinkle chili slice for garnish.
