Products return or changing guideline
1) Ordinarily, we do not accept any refund once we confirmed the order, if customers want to change the products, need to fulfill the following criteria.
a) Customers need to show us the receipt and delivery note printed from our company.
b) The products’ package which need to be changed must be completed.
c) The sauce must not open.
d) Customers need to contact us for any products’ changed or return issues within 3 days after received the products. Otherwise, we will not accept any further
products’ changing matters. For some seasonal products(i.e.: Chinese cake), need to contact us within 2 days after purchased, if products’ changing are needed.
2) We must not accept any products return or changing request which are caused by personally behaviors.
3) If any products are damage caused by us, we will arrange product changing with customers.
4) One receipts will only be changed one time.
5) When we accept any products return or changing, our deliver will contact our customers to schedule a date to process the return or changing procedures. If customers
can not change the products as the mutual agreed date, we will stop the products return or changing progress. And we will charge extra HK$50 for delivery fee if
customers want to change or return products again.
6) We remain the right of final decision about return or changing products
